We are unable to resolve the WordPress issue you requested within the agreed scope.

You cancel the service before any work has commenced.

A service is purchased by mistake and you notify us within 2 hours of the order, provided that work has not started.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

You provide incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading information regarding your website or technical issue.

You change your mind after service work has begun or been completed.

The issue falls outside the agreed service scope (e.g., major theme redesigns, malware cleanup not included in the service description).

Service delays caused by third-party tools, hosting problems, or external factors beyond our control.
3. How to Request a Refund

Submit your refund request via email to support@quickfixwp.com within 7 calendar days of service completion.

Include: Order ID, description of the service, reason for the refund request, and any relevant documentation.

We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect.
5. Partial Refunds
In cases where a portion of the service was successfully completed, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion.
